University Entrance from NCEA or equivalent. Only students enrolled in the BE(Hons) degree can enrol in the DipEPP, typically enrolling mid-second year of their BE(Hons) study.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates will have the required knowledge, skills and ability to understand the role and practice of a professional engineer in a business and to commit to professional ethics and continual development consistent to the requirements of attaining Chartered Professional Engineer status (CPEng) in the future. They will have a sound understanding of health and safety requirements, the need for goal-setting and reflection, and a good understanding of the need for management, leadership and innovation in an engineering workplace.
