What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates will demonstrate mastery of advanced project management principles and practices, synthesising technical, strategic, and contextual knowledge to design, lead, and evaluate complex projects in dynamic environments. They will apply independent, research-informed judgement and advanced analytical methods to manage uncertainty, innovation, and change. Graduates will lead diverse project teams with integrity, communicate effectively for multiple audiences, and engage with stakeholders in culturally responsive ways. They will demonstrate advanced bicultural competence grounded in te ao Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and contribute to professional practice through critical reflection, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement.
