PGCertHousSt graduates will have skills, knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of housing design, sustainability, policy, affordability and regulation, with a focus on the New Zealand situation. They will be experienced in the application of the theory into practice, through analysis of the industry and local case studies. They will be reflective practitioners, able to pursue personal professional goals.
