The course aims to equip supervisors with the skills, knowledge, and capabilities to provide effective and professional ministry supervision.

The micro-credential is designed to cater for senior leaders (including pastors and chaplains), who may have some experience in supervision, but have no formal qualifications in supervision. These senior leaders may have formal theological or other professional qualifications, but not at a level to undertake a postgraduate certificate in supervision.
