What can I expect out of this qualification?
The aims of the Kai Tu- Pathway Planning micro-credential programme are for rangitahi and second-chance learners to:
* Research and understand their background, identity and culture.
* Develop a coherent sense of work and life direction.
* Understand the education and training pathway needed to achieve their preferred work and life direction
* Develop the ability to present their pathway plan to whanau, family and other supports
* Progress to undertake key training required for their pathway
