Entry requirements
Successful applicants must be employed, or in the process of being employed, in the construction and deconstruction industry, and have endorsement from their employer.
Applicants will be individually interviewed as part of the OCA Whanau Ora approach to assess their individual goals and possible requirements
for targeted assistance to achieve.
OCA does not enrol international students.
About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
This occupational competence-based micro-credential aims to enable participants to gain technical and theoretical knowledge, and experience of working in the deconstruction industry.
Graduates will be able to work safely, competently and observe the requirements of health and safety when using and around plant and machinery on a deconstruction site.
