About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The overall aim of this micro-credential is to provide entry-level volunteers and workers with the knowledge and skills needed to care for dogs on a day-to-day basis in an animal establishment.
This aim is achieved by supporting ākonga with both on-job and off-job learning, allowing learning to be applied in a practical way, across a range of situations, within the ākonga's role in the workplace.
