Entry requirements
For security reasons learners must be employed by Secureflight Limited before they can enter this micro-credential and they must have completed their training for the security certificate of approval (COA) - if trainees do not hold a COA, training for this is provided by Secureflight Limited prior to commencing Basic Training.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The aim of this micro-credential is to provide the aviation security sector with individuals who have the core skills and knowledge needed to work as a pre-flight aviation security officers, providing additional security services for international airlines that must meet specific security requirements for their flights from New Zealand to certain overseas destinations.
