What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide industry with people who are responsible for the design and inspection of on-site wastewater management systems for a single dwelling, to a maximum of ten people.
New Zealand will benefit by having qualified people to design and inspect systems to achieve sustainable and effective on-site domestic wastewater management, and to protect public health and the environment.
Graduates will be able to operate under broad guidance.
