Entry requirements
The New Zealand Certificate in Rigging (Level 3) [Ref: 2355] and the New Zealand Certificate in Rigging (Level 4) [Ref: 2356] or evidence of equivalent knowledge and skills is a prerequisite for entry to this qualification.

The purpose of this qualification is to provide industries with people who have the knowledge and skills to design, prepare and carry out advanced rigging operations involving complex loads and can do so safely and effectively.
Graduates of this qualification will be capable of supervising teams to carry out advanced rigging operations involving complex loads.
