About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the barbering industry with qualified barbers who can work independently as standalone operators in a commercial environment.
Graduates will be recognised by industry as qualified barbers. They will also be capable of contributing to barber shop operations when required.

Minimum requirements
Applicants will have the National Certificate in Educational Achievement (Level1), be physically able to perform the skills required from the programme and be at least 16 years of age (15 with an exemption). Must have a reasonable level of competence in English and Maths. International students must meet visa requirements and have IELTs 5.5 or equivalent.
