Entry requirements
Students will be 18 years or older. There will be pre-test to determine eligibility for non-formal requisite.
Graduates from the Diploma in Te Ara reo Maori and the Diploma in Tohu Matauranga will be eligible to apply.
However all students will be interviewed to determine suitability for entry based on their level of reo as delivery will be total immersion Maori.
About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
Upon successful completion of this programme a graduate will be able to demonstrate an advanced understanding in aspects of Reo and tikanga as it relates to te reo Maori. The qualification can lead to further practice of reo and tikanga Maori within the community.
